You will support digital commerce transformation engagements for global CPG clients, contribute to solutioning and delivery across commerce and personalization, analyze consumer journeys and KPIs, and collaborate with strategy, analytics,

Responsibilities

• Support digital commerce transformation engagements for global CPG clients
• Contribute to solutioning and delivery across commerce, consumer engagement, personalization, and MarTech initiatives
• Research and analyze emerging trends in Agentic Commerce, AI-assisted buying journeys, and conversational commerce
• Support development of value cases and business impact assessments for Agentic Commerce solutions
• Assist in identifying consumer experience transformation opportunities enabled through AI agents and automation
• Contribute to capability development, client POVs, demos, and innovation assets for Agentic Commerce offerings
• Work with cross-functional teams across strategy, analytics, data, experience, and engineering
• Support implementation and optimization of commerce and MarTech platforms
• Analyze consumer journeys, engagement metrics, commerce KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
• Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and client presentations
• Build competitive intelligence on commerce, AI commerce, and MarTech players
