• Manage portfolio of projects across Gurugram & Haryana under Cluster NZ1.
• Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and key vendors; ensure contractual compliance and cost control.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost optimization; coordinate with procurement and finance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and SOPs; drive QA/QC across sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Planning, Procurement, Sales, CRM) and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams; build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead and oversee execution of multiple residential projects within the cluster
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Drive construction planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking

2. Cluster Management

• Manage a portfolio of projects across Gurugram & Haryana under Cluster NZ1
• Ensure standardization of processes, systems, and reporting across sites
• Monitor project health through MIS, dashboards, and periodic reviews

3. Contractor & Vendor Management

• Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and key vendors
• Ensure contractual compliance, performance tracking, and cost control
• Drive productivity and efficiency at site level

4. Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure effective utilization of resources and cost efficiency
• Work closely with procurement and finance teams for commercial alignment

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and SOPs
• Implement robust QA/QC processes across all sites
• Drive a strong safety culture and compliance with statutory norms

6. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Planning, Procurement, Sales, CRM)
• Liaise with external stakeholders including consultants, authorities, and clients
• Support customer‑centric project delivery and timely handovers

7. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and mentor project teams including Project Managers and site teams
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and delivery
• Drive capability enhancement and succession planning within the cluster
