Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in Mumbai is seeking a senior Lead - Realtime & Enterprise Analytics to drive the architecture, development and evolution of the NW 360 network analytics platform, delivering real-time insights and 5G data capabilities at national level. The role focuses on AI-ML adoption, dashboard automation, and enterprise analytics to improve network performance visibility and CX outcomes.

You will lead a team, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and push analytics innovation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years total experience with at least 6 years in network analytics, BI platform architecture, or data engineering.
• BE/BTech in Electronics/Telecommunications/CS; MBA/MTech preferred for analytics/tech leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead HW architecture design and deployment support for NW 360 projects, upgrades and new modules.
• Drive integration of data sources (alarms, outages, KPIs, AI-ML feeds) into the N360 platform.
• Manage vendor and team performance, ensure security and compliance.

Job Purpose

The Lead - Realtime & Enterprise Analytics leads the architecture, development, and evolution of Vi's NW 360 network analytics platform, delivering real-time insights, CX analytics, and 5G data capabilities at the national level. The role drives AI-ML adoption, dashboard automation, and enterprise analytics use case development to improve network performance visibility and customer experience outcomes.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Lead HW architecture design and deployment support for NW 360 projects, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
• Drive integration of new data sources — alarms, outages, MW, Core KPIs, and AI-ML tool feeds — into the N360 platform.
• Govern periodic HW resource management and security upgrade cycles to maintain platform integrity.

Analytics & CX Use Cases

• Own NW 360 and TRAI coverage solution maintenance including quarterly RF database and KPI updates.
• Develop CX analytics use cases absorbing customer analytics and CXX insights into the platform.
• Drive N360 module capability enhancements and new use case development for network performance improvement.

5G & Automation

• Lead 5G RAN KPI integration, coverage analytics, IoT analytics, and BI report development within N360.
• Drive process and dashboard automation and AI-ML adoption to improve analytics efficiency and insight speed.

Managerial

• Lead and support one direct report and vendor teams, managing performance, quality, and capability development.
• Drive analytics and 5G capability building within the team and vendor ecosystem.
• Ensure team HSW compliance and safe working practices across all activities.
