Apco Infratech is seeking an experienced Highway O&M professional to manage and oversee Operations & Maintenance activities for NHAI & UPEIDA Highway projects. The role involves planning routine, preventive and periodic maintenance, ensuring compliance with NHAI, MoRTH, IRC and concession agreements, and coordinating with government authorities to ensure smooth highway operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in highway O&M for government projects.
• Knowledge of NHAI, MoRTH, IRC standards and Concession Agreements.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical and maintenance teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall highway Operations & Maintenance activities.
• Plan and monitor routine, preventive and periodic maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with NHAI, MoRTH, IRC and Concession Agreement requirements.
• Coordinate with NHAI, Authority Engineer, Independent Engineer and other authorities.
• Monitor road condition, assets, maintenance quality and SLAs.
• Review Maintenance Manual and Project Maintenance Programme.
• Identify accident-prone locations and implement corrective measures.
• Lead and supervise technical, maintenance and contractual teams.
• Manage contractors, vendors and resources for maintenance.
• Monitor project budget, cost control and optimization.
• Review O&M documentation including inspection and test reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of Highway Operations & Maintenance activities.
• Plan and monitor routine, preventive and periodic highway maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with NHAI, MoRTH, IRC and Concession Agreement requirements.
• Coordinate with NHAI, Authority Engineer, Independent Engineer and other government authorities.
• Monitor road condition, highway assets, maintenance quality and service-level requirements.
• Review and implement Maintenance Manual and Project Maintenance Programme.
• Identify accident-prone locations/black spots and ensure corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead and supervise technical, maintenance and contractual teams.
• Manage contractors, vendors, resources and maintenance activities.
• Monitor project budget, cost control and cost optimization.
• Review O&M documentation including inspection reports, test reports and statutory records.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth and uninterrupted highway operations
