Job summary

HG Infra Engineering (HGIEL) seeks a capable project leader to drive end-to-end highways EPC execution in Rajasthan. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure adherence to MoRTH/IRC specs, QA/QC plans and safety targets to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include monitoring critical activities, resolving technical/quality issues with the client and driving continuous improvement across earthworks, GSB, WMM, DBM, structures and drainage works.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways EPC projects and execution management.
• Knowledge of MoRTH specifications and IRC codes.
• Experience with QA/QC, ITP, and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of highways EPC projects within cost, time and safety targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Execution, QA/QC, Planning, Contracts and EHS.
• Monitor progress, productivity and recovery plans; resolve technical and quality issues with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with earthworks, structures, drainage and related works per specs.

Job description

1. Lead end-to-end execution of Highways EPC projects, ensuring timely completion within approved cost, quality and safety parameters.
2. experience in Highways / Roads EPC, preferably with NHAI / MoRTH projects.
3. Strong background in Project Execution along with QA/QC, Quality Assurance and Quality Checking.
4. Sound knowledge of MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, QAP, ITP, Method Statements and Inspection procedures.
5. Ensure quality compliance across Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, structures, bridges, culverts and drainage work.
6. Monitor project progress, critical activities, productivity, resource utilization and recovery plans.
7. Lead resolution of technical, quality and execution-related issues with Client / Authority / Independent Engineer.
8. Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Execution, QA/QC, Planning, Contracts, Billing, SCM and EHS.
