Job summary

Abhipsa Construction is seeking a Project Manager for our Operations Maintenance business to lead highway project delivery across the OM portfolio.

The role requires B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with 8–12 years of highway OM or infrastructure delivery, strong knowledge of NHAI OM requirements, MORTH specifications and IRC standards.

You will manage budgets, schedules, multi-disciplinary site teams, and report to senior management while mentoring site engineers and OM staff.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering required.
• 8–12 years of highway OM or infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of NHAI OM requirements, MORTH specifications, and IRC standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OM highway projects within defined authority limits.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules, resources, and site deployment.
• Assess project risk profiles and secure management approvals where required.
• Ensure compliance with NHAI/MORTH specifications, concessionaire requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor quality, response times, and KPIs across the maintenance corridor.
• Prepare progress reports and escalate deviations to senior management.
• Mentor site engineers, supervisors, and OM staff.

• Ensure compliance with NHAI/MORTH specifications, concessionaire requirements, and safety standards

• Monitor quality, response times, and key performance indicators across the maintenance corridor
• Prepare progress reports and escalate deviations to senior management
• Mentor site engineers, supervisors, and OM staff
