Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in industrial automation or EPC firms within oil & gas.
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of proposals.
• Experience managing multiple proposals and portfolios (USD 300M+ annually).
• Experience leading a team of 20+ professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal development process for global projects.
• Collaborate with teams to gather necessary proposal inputs.
• Ensure proposals comply with client requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and documentation.

As a team leader you will be responsible for managing a larger tam of 50+ people and will be responsible for

• Managing the end-to-end proposal development process for global projects
• Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
• Ensuring all proposals are compliant with client requirements and company standards.
• Developing and maintain proposal templates and documentation for efficiency.
• Conducting reviews and provide feedback to improve proposal quality and effectiveness.
• Tracking proposal progress and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
• Providing support in responding to client queries related to proposals.
• Analyzing feedback to continuously refine and enhance proposal strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Proposal Lead should have:

• A degree in electrical/electronics/ instrumentation engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in proposal management within the industrial automation or EPC firms within oil & gas
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Managing multiple proposals at a single time and annually managing atleast a portfolio of 300 million USD
• Experience of managing atleast a team of 20+ people
