Job summary

CERATIZIT India Pvt. Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a skilled engineer to provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter, analyse incidents and maintain CAD/PLM processes across locations.

You will create guidelines, assist with upgrades, and train end users while contributing to global standardization initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration across borders, documentation, and a modern NX/Teamcenter landscape integrated with ERP/MES, with flexible working hours and remote

Qualifications

• Completed technical education in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens NX modelling, drafting and assemblies.
• Solid experience with Teamcenter lifecycle and change management.
• Familiarity with CAM processes is a plus.
• Experience in global support or application management is advantageous.
• Analytical and structured way of working.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter

Profile & Requirements

• Completed technical education (technical college, university) in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Strong expertise in Siemens NX (modelling, drafting, assemblies)
• Solid experience with Teamcenter (lifecycle and change management, workflows)
• Familiarity with CAM process is a plus
• Prior experience in global support or application management is an advantage
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for international collaboration
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
