Job summary

CERATIZIT India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, Attibele region, is seeking a PLM systems specialist to provide global first- and second-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter. You will analyse incidents, configure workflows, and help maintain CAD/PLM processes.

The role requires strong NX/Teamcenter expertise, a technical degree in a relevant field, and excellent English. This international, collaborative position offers flexible hours and remote work options along with extensive training.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (technical college, university) in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Strong expertise in Siemens NX (modelling, drafting, assemblies).
• Solid experience with Teamcenter (lifecycle and change management, workflows).
• Prior experience in global support or application management is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Analyse, classify and resolve incidents, errors and performance issues.
• Support, maintain and further develop global CAD/PLM processes.
• Create guidelines, best practices and technical documentation.

Profile & Requirements

• Completed technical education (technical college, university) in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Strong expertise in Siemens NX (modelling, drafting, assemblies)
• Solid experience with Teamcenter (lifecycle and change management, workflows)
• Familiarity with CAM process is a plus
• Prior experience in global support or application management is an advantage
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for international collaboration
