Job summary

Apex Group in Hyderabad is seeking an Associate - Global Benefits Delivery to join the HR team. The role focuses on delivering employee benefit schemes, onboarding vendors, and ensuring accurate data flows for external and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in benefit delivery or Payroll/HR operations, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding/renewal of employee benefits across assigned countries.
• Onboard vendors and manage Workday vendor processes.
• Create and approve purchase orders; reconcile with benefit quotes.
• Ensure SLA-compliant delivery and accurate records for audits.
• Collaborate with Risk, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams.
• Support internal or external audits for benefits programs.
