Job summary

Apex Group is hiring for an HR Operations specialist to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes from our Hyderabad office. You will ensure data integrity, manage contract fields, and coordinate with local and global HR teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle onboarding, background verification and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes.
• Ensure qualitative data records management and proper management of contractual fields.
• Check onboarding and offboarding with HR/IT and manage access permissions.
• Liaise with local HR teams and hiring managers on processes.
• Issue employment contracts in line with global/local requirements.
• Support background check processes and ad-hoc HR admin duties.
• Assist in letter generation for various HR processes.
• Support delivery of HR processes across global locations.

Job Specification

• Conducting full cycle onboarding, background verification and offboarding process
• Conducting employee lifecycle changes
• Ensuring qualitative data records management and proper management of the contractual fields
• Checks for Onboarding and Offboarding employees within our HR and IT - ensure grating/deactivation of access following start/end dates
• Liaising with our local HR teams across the globe in relation to data management queries and clarifications
• Liaising with candidates and hiring Managers in relation to hiring process
• Ensuring company frameworks and approval process is followed
• Liaising with managers/employees on HR activities
• Issuing employment contracts following the global and local requirements
• Completing background check process
• Assisting in letter generation for various HR processes
• Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties of the Global HR team
• Supporting the delivery of other HR processes across various global locations

Skills Required

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International relations or other relevant
• Previous experience within similar HR role
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are conducted at the highest standards
• Highly organised with a can-do attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
