Job summary

The role emphasizes automation, AI in FP&A, and effective stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates have 7–8 years in FP&A with strong Excel, financial modeling, and planning tools experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 7–8 years of FP&A/financial analysis experience.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and P&L driver understanding.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning tools.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the quarterly Forecast and annual Budget processes
• Consolidate and analyze submissions from SBUs and functions
• Prepare financial analysis and management reporting
• Support scenario modeling and planning tool development
• Identify key risks, opportunities and performance drivers
• Drive simplification, automation and use of AI in recurring FP&A activities

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree typically required in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• At least 7–8 years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience

Knowledge And Skills

• Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting and P&L drivers
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with planning and reporting systems (familiarity with Oracle EPM Planning is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Process improvement and automation mindset
• Self-starter who can work efficiently and independently
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
