Job summary

Greif is a global leader in performance packaging seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support quarterly Forecasts and annual Budgeting. You will consolidate inputs, perform financial analyses, and create management reports.

The role emphasizes automation, AI in FP&A, and clear communication of insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 7–8 years in FP&A or financial analysis, with strong Excel and modeling skills, and familiarity with planning tools such as Oracle EPM Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required.
• 7–8 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and P&L drivers; Oracle EPM Planning is a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the quarterly Forecast and annual Budget processes


• Consolidate and analyze submissions from SBUs and functions


• Prepare financial analysis and management reporting


• Support scenario modeling and planning tool development


• Identify key risks, opportunities and performance drivers


• Drive simplification, automation and use of AI in recurring FP&A activities

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree typically required in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus)


• At least 7-8 years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience

Knowledge And Skills

• Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting and P&L drivers


• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills


• Experience with planning and reporting systems (familiarity with Oracle EPM Planning is a plus)


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Process improvement and automation mindset


• Self-starter who can work efficiently and independently


• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
