Job summary

Greif is seeking a Global FP&A Process Improvement & Automation Lead to drive automation across FP&A in Chennai. You will identify opportunities, implement AI-enabled solutions, and enhance forecasting, reporting and variance analysis while coaching colleagues in best practices.

With 8+ years in FP&A and hands-on skills in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL, and Python, you will partner with Finance, IT and Data teams to scale solutions regionally and globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience with process improvement and automation.
• Experience delivering automation or analytics projects in FP&A.
• Interest and hands-on exposure to generative AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication across Finance, IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize FP&A process improvements and automation opportunities.
