Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru seeks a Global Delivery Leader to scale a multi-product SaaS implementation organization. You will own implementation strategy, execution, resource utilization, and delivery excellence across products and client engagements.

Lead end-to-end implementations across geographies, drive governance and quality, and manage concurrent programs with strong capacity planning. Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-product SaaS implementations.
• Strong governance and delivery operations background.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Pega, BlackLine, Basware.
• ERP integration experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate across strategy, implementation, and execution.

Role Overview

As a Global Delivery Leader, we are looking for a Senior Product Implementation Leader to lead and scale a multi-product SaaS implementation organization. The role will own implementation strategy, execution, resource utilization, and delivery excellence across multiple products and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of multiple enterprise SaaS/products across clients and geographies.
• Drive implementation strategy, delivery governance, execution, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations with a strong focus on resource planning, capacity, and utilization.
• Build and scale a multi-product implementation capability, including processes, frameworks, talent, and delivery models.
• Partner closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive successful deployments.
• Lead implementations involving SaaS products, ERP integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Drive standardization, reusable implementation assets, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring strong execution and delivery outcomes.

Ideal Profile

• Strong experience in SaaS / Product Implementation leadership with proven experience managing multiple products/programs.
• Strong background in resource management, utilization, delivery operations, and implementation governance.
• Experience with HighRadius, BlackLine, Basware, Pega, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.
• ERP + Product implementation experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-enabled product implementations is desirable.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and hands‑on leadership skills.
• Ability to operate across strategy, implementation, and execution while building a scalable organization.
