Job summary

Naukri Assist is seeking an experienced GIS Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy GIS solutions using ArcGIS technology to meet complex business requirements across utilities and infrastructure domains, while ensuring performance and scalability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, data, and operations—to gather requirements, translate them into robust GIS designs, code, and thorough documentation, and provide ongoing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• 6.5-12 years of experience in GIS Developer or Utility Engineer role.
• Strong proficiency in ArcGIS API/SDK programming.
• Experience with utilities or similar industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy GIS solutions using ArcGIS technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical GIS expertise.
• Develop automated workflows using Python to streamline data processing and analysis.
• Troubleshoot GIS software issues and recommend improvements.
