Job summary

Embarkgcc Services is seeking a Business Analyst to elicit and document business requirements for our SaaS solutions. You will articulate key banking capabilities, lead gap analyses, and develop user stories with clear backlog items for cross‑functional teams.

You will organize functional and integration testing, prepare test strategies, and translate business needs into implementation plans within an Agile environment. Banking domain expertise is a plus.

• Articulate key functional capabilities of the SaaS solution suite.


• Lead fit-gap analysis to assess business requirements against out-of-the-box capabilities and work with cross-functional teams to determine action plans for gaps.


• Establish user stories and backlog items, and prepare test specifications using Agile methodology.


• Prepare implementation deliverables including business requirements documentation, functional specification documents, and test strategy documents.


• Organize and execute functional and integration testing within and across functional areas.


• Articulate the solution as part of the enterprise from a business perspective.


• Demonstrated track record of delivering strategy and transformation engagements for global banking clients.


• Deep expertise in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking.
