Job summary

A global mobility solutions provider in Gurugram is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 4-8 years of experience. The candidate will design Turbogenerator components, support R&D initiatives, and ensure technical requirements are met through design reviews. Qualified individuals should hold a B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, have hands-on experience with CAD Tool NX, and knowledge of manufacturing processes. This role requires a self-motivated team player with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of industrial experience in mechanical engineering.
• Good knowledge of GD&T, DFA, and DFM.
• Knowledge of generator components and functioning is desired.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Designing Turbogenerator components and assemblies with strong understanding of design and functionality of the products
• Supporting service R&D initiatives and contributing to product/solution improvement through innovative approach to the complex problems
• Participate in the Design Reviews to ensure the achievement of technical requirements of engineering projects.
• Communicate technically complex and commercially sensitive information on various internal and external platforms.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 4 - 8 years of industrial experience
• Hands on Experience on CAD Tool NX is must; Experience on Creo (ProE) will be added advantage
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, DFA/DFM
• Good knowledge of Strength of Materials, Mechanical Design Concepts, Machine Designs
• Knowledge on SAP OPP transactions, & Teamcenter
• Knowledge of Generator product (components and functioning) is desired
• Self-motivated and Team Player
