Job summary

Medoralink in India seeks a physician for outpatient/internal medicine to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and manage therapies with a focus on evidence-based care.

You will perform ECGs, BP monitoring, wound care, and minor procedures while collaborating with specialists for integrated care. EMR documentation and adherence to guidelines are expected, along with patient education and follow-up.

Qualifications

• MD/DNB in Medicine (NMC recognition).
• Valid NMC registration.
• ACLSS certification.
• Experience in outpatient/internal medicine practice.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems.
• Strong diagnostic acumen for common adult medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose acute/chronic medical conditions in adults.
• Prescribe and manage pharmacological therapies, lifestyle interventions, and referrals based on clinical guidelines.
• Perform routine procedures such as ECGs, BP monitoring, wound dressings, and minor surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with specialists for multidisciplinary care and ensure smooth patient handoffs and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate, compliant EMR documentation and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease prevention, medication adherence, and health promotion strategies.
