Job Description

• Provide general medicine consultation, diagnosis, inpatient care, chronic disease management, emergency support, and patient counselling across multiple locations.
• Evaluate OPD, IPD, emergency, and ward patients with medical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage fever, infections, diabetes, hypertension, respiratory, cardiac, and systemic diseases.
• Plan investigations, treatment, medication, and follow‑up care.
• Review lab reports, imaging, MRI reports, and clinical progress.
• Coordinate with specialists, ICU, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and patient care teams.
• Manage medical emergencies and escalate critical cases when required.
• Maintain clinical notes, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and medical records.
• Counsel patients on disease management, medication, lifestyle, and follow‑up care.
• Support multidisciplinary patient care and internal medicine rounds.
• Follow evidence‑based, ethical, and patient‑safe medical practice.
