Narayan Motors in Jaipur is seeking an experienced dealership leader to drive end-to-end operations across Vehicle Sales, Showroom, After-Sales, Service, Workshop and Spare Parts.

You will own P&L, revenue, profitability, market share and sales targets, and lead cross-functional teams with clear KPIs to deliver business growth and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in Automotive Dealership/Retail, with strong managerial experience.
  
• Good understanding of Sales, Service, After-Sales, Workshop and Spare Parts operations.
  
• Experience in achieving business targets, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  
• Strong team handling, communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experienced Managers/Department Heads ready to take on a larger dealership leadership role are encouraged to apply.
