Job summary

Livspace in Surat is seeking an experienced General Manager – Sales & Design to lead regional business growth, drive revenue targets, and optimize customer journey from consultation to design conversion. You will manage large Sales and Design teams, mentor, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to deliver profitable, scalable processes.

MBA/PGDM and 10–15 years of leadership in retail or home interiors strongly preferred; ownership mindset and strong

• Proven experience in leading large teams and driving business growth.
