Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced QA & QC Manager for pressure vessel fabrication in Asangaon, Maharashtra. You will lead QA/QC, ensure ASME code compliance, and drive continuous improvement across welding, NDT, fabrication, hydrotesting, and final inspections.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in pressure vessel fabrication and at least 5 years in QA/QC leadership.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pressure vessel fabrication.
• At least 5 years of QA/QC leadership experience.
• Experience in an ASME code-stamped manufacturing environment is mandatory
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor.
• ASNT Level II certifications in RT, UT, PT, VT, and MT/MPT.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance, quality control, and QMS activities.
