Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. seeks a General Manager – Plant Head to lead daily operations at our tractor manufacturing facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, engineering support, safety protocols, compliance, distribution and warehousing, aligning activities with strategic goals.

You will direct hiring, training and performance management of plant staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations and sustain profitability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing and quality management systems such as QMS and MODS, enabling oversight of plant operations.
