Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an Engineering Manager/Plant Manager for our Maharashtra facilities in Chakan. You will lead multi-site operations, drive Lean and Agile processes, and mentor teams to achieve production targets.

The role demands 10–15 years of experience in automotive engineering or manufacturing, with a strong focus on supply chain integration, production planning, and performance reporting to support strategic decisions.
