Job summary

Luxury Automotive Dealer in India seeks a seasoned marketing professional to develop and execute integrated strategies that amplify brand equity and drive growth across media, digital, events, and franchise activations.

You will collaborate closely with Sales and Service, lead a regional marketing team, and implement analytics to measure ROI and customer experience, with a focus on UHNI/HNI audiences.

Experience in Luxury Retail and Digital Marketing for curated events is preferred.

• Lead end-to-end marketing operationsmedia, digital, events, customer engagement, and Franchise partner activations, ensuring CI-compliant, high-impact campaigns.
• Champion customer-centricity by leveraging market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and feedback to sharpen targeting and enhance customer experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across locations with a focus on collaboration, agility, and results-driven execution.
• Align closely with Sales and Service teams to jointly drive revenue outcomes, lead conversion, and cross-functional synergy.
• Implement robust marketing analytics to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI- enabling informed, data-backed decisions.
