The company is a promoter‑founded, high‑growth organization (₹600 Cr revenue) undergoing a structured transition to a professionally governed enterprise, with ambitions to scale to ₹3,500+ Cr within 4 years and to list on Indian capital markets. Under the COO there are 3 lines of business with Corporate Mobility Solutions today at around ~₹120 Cr with target to grow it to ₹1,400 Crs by 2030.

Role Mandate

• Build, scale, and institutionalize the Corporate Mobility Solutions (ETS)

business as a national vertical

• Transition from a fragmented, relationship-led business to a structured,

scalable growth engine

• Deliver ~14x growth in 4 years with strong governance, profitability discipline,

and execution rigor

• Act as a business builder (0 1 and 1 10) and not just an operatorCandidate Profile

Experience

• 20+ years in mobility / logistics / fleet / transport / B2B services
• Experience in scaling businesses across multiple cities/geographies
• Strong exposure to enterprise sales + operations management
• MNC / structured organization background preferred

Requirements
