Job summary

Hitech is seeking a seasoned project manager to execute complex construction projects from mobilization through demobilization, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will coordinate site teams, monitor progress, drive safety initiatives, manage client interactions, and ensure compliance with ISO procedures, while optimizing resources and controlling costs across residential, commercial, and factory segments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of formal experience in project execution and management.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and planning capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• At project start: mobilize site, set up infrastructure and review scope.
• During project: monitor progress, ensure quality, conduct regular site meetings with staff and client.
• Follow SOPs, ensure ISO/documents, manage safety talks, and close observations.

Position description: To execute the project within committed time limit & budgeted cost, with standard quality & safety.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1.At the start of the project:1) Site Mobilization 2) Set up site infrastructure 3) Understand the scope of the project 4) Review the methodologies of all activities2.During the project:1) Monitor & review the site progress on daily basis 2) Monitor & review quality of the project and resolve quality issue.3) Conducting regular site meeting with execution staff and explain good construction practice of each and every activity of the projects. 4) Conducting regular site meeting with skill workers and explain good construction practice of each and every activity of the projects 5) Conduct weekly meeting with client.6) Implement all decisions taken at weekly meeting 7) Monitor daily material consumption and minimize the material wastage. 8) Ensure maximum utilization of assets 9) Monitor, review & resolve daily TBT (Tool Box Talk) 10) Conduct motivational safety talks for contract labour 11) Ensure that all SOPs are followed 12) Coordinate with all HO functions to get services as required 13) Maintain all JMR and sign off with client. 14) Verification of client billing every month 15) Verification of sub-contractor billing every month 16) Ensure that all documents for ISO audits and compliance are maintained 17) Monitor & close observations & NC (non-compliance 18) Coordinate with client to ensure that customer satisfaction survey is submitted 19) Identifying training needs of team members and ensuring that they are addressed at the time of closure 20) Preparing activity based costing data. 21) Preparing material reconciliation statement. 22) Preparing sub-contractor reconciliation statement.23) Ensure demobilization of site
