Main Objective of the Role

To lead and standardize centralized procurement and contract management across the hospital group by driving strategic sourcing, robust vendor contracting, cost optimization, and contract compliance — ensuring uninterrupted, cost-effective, and quality-assured supply of goods and services across all units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

4. Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure procurement and contracting processes comply with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI) and internal audit requirements.
  • Establish and enforce SOPs and approval matrices for procurement and contracting group-wide.
  • Support internal and external audits related to procurement and contract compliance.
5. Cross-Functional & Regional Coordination
  • Liaise with hospital administrators, finance, legal, and clinical teams across all sites to align procurement priorities.
  • Act as the nodal point for contingency and crisis procurement planning (supply disruptions, price volatility).
