Assystem has an experienced community of more than 1,500 multidisciplinary engineering experts across 8 offices in India.

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
• Prepare and execute strategic BD plans aligned with company goals.
• Track upcoming tenders (RFPs, EOIs, RFQs) through portals such as GeM, eProcurement, World Bank, ADB, etc.
• Develop sector‑specific growth strategies for roads, railways, urban infrastructure and water.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government bodies, PSUs, private developers).
• Engage with clients for pre‑bid meetings and presentations.
• Develop long‑term partnerships and alliances.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure sectors.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure or a related field with more than 15 years of experience.
