Job summary

Assystem seeks a Head of Engineering to lead the detailed design function for water infrastructure projects. You will ensure high-quality technical delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance, combining engineering leadership with commercial oversight including P&L, invoicing, and client interaction.

You will mentor engineering teams across multiple project locations and drive profitable project delivery while maintaining compliance with standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 20+ years’ experience in water infrastructure design.
• Strong commercial awareness with hands-on P&L and financial reporting.
• Proven client management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
