Assystem in India seeks a senior business development professional with civil infra expertise to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and build long‑term partnerships across government and private sectors.

You will track tenders on portals like GeM, eProcurement, World Bank, ADB, and engage with clients for pre‑bid meetings and presentations, shaping growth strategies for roads, railways, urban infrastructure and water projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors
• Prepare and execute strategic BD plans aligned with company goals
• Track upcoming tenders (RFPs, EOIs, RFQs) through portals like GeM, eProcurement, World Bank, ADB, etc.
• Develop sector‑specific growth strategies (roads, railways, urban infra, water)
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government bodies, PSUs, private developers)
• Engage with clients for pre‑bid meetings and presentations
• Develop long‑term partnerships and alliances
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure sectors
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / related field
