Agrani Infra Intech is seeking a General Manager to lead interior finishing and fit-out projects from our Head Office in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. You will drive project execution, budget control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple locations.

The role requires 22–25 years in construction finishing, a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, and strong leadership with expertise in high-rise and commercial projects. Travel across project sites will be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of interior finishing and fit-out projects across locations.
• Develop project execution strategies to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor project planning, resource allocation, and productivity to drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Project Heads, Clients, Consultants, and Vendors for smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and statutory requirements.
• Review progress, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project profitability, cost control, and cash flow.
• Mentor and lead project teams to foster high performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support growth by improving operational processes and delivery systems.
