• LLB/LLM with 8–12 years of progressive legal experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Proven experience migrating external legal work to an internal in-house team.
• Expert knowledge of US commercial law, SaaS revenue models, and usage-based contracts.
• Experience working for an Indian subsidiary of a US-headquartered company.

Responsabilités

• Lead the migration of legal data, contract repositories, and ongoing matters from external vendors to internal systems.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and Data Use Agreements tailored to US HealthTech and SaaS standards.
