Job summary

CertifyOS is seeking its first internal General Counsel to architect and lead its global legal framework during a rapid growth phase. The role reports to the SVP of Finance and will transition legal ops from outsourcing to an internal function.

Key responsibilities include managing US commercial law and revenue enablement, drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and Data Use Agreements, and ensuring global compliance and data governance across US and India operations.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB/LLM) with 8–12 years of progressive legal experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Proven experience transitioning a company from an outsourced legal model to an internal team.
• Expert-level knowledge of US commercial law, including SaaS revenue models.

Responsibilities
