Wipro in Kolkata requires an experienced Role Manager (Record to Report) to lead end-to-end F&A R2R services and ensure SLA delivery. You will oversee transitions, governance, and senior stakeholder engagement while driving CSAT/NPS improvements and compliance across audits.

You will mentor mid-level leaders, manage revenue/margins, and coordinate with support functions. SAP/Oracle/ServiceNow/JIRA/Blackline experience and ANZ shift work are required; 5 days in-office.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Record to Report in FAO domain.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/ServiceNow/JIRA/Blackline and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Seamless delivery of Finance & Accounting scope of services and ensure SLA and process metrics are met/exceeded.
• Managing the process transition and successful ramp up and go-live for new scope.
• Drive regular governance meetings and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and strengthen relationship.
• Maintain and grow the scope of services, focus on CSAT and NPS scores.
• Drive continuous improvements – both process and technology.
• Develop & mentor middle level leadership, including deployment of people practices.
• Deliver the contractual commitments.
• Work in a collaborative manner with all support functions.
• Managing all the deliverables related to internal and external audits and ensuring the process compliance at utmost priority.
• Manage revenue, margin as per plan, work on contractual documents & changes.

Role Manager (Record to Report)

Key responsibilities

• Seamless delivery of Finance & Accounting scope of services and ensure SLA and process metrics are met/exceeded.

Key skills

• Finance Academics mandatory and should have experience & knowledge in all processes in R2R tower.
• Expertise in GA, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, Intercompany, Payroll and Reporting etc
• Ability to lead service delivery, engage with Senior Client stakeholders, work with the transformation team and mentor the Team leads.
• Own the operations, service levels, governance meetings, productivity commitments, process documentation.
• Ability to resolve escalations, deployment of sub process wise strategies and work with multiple Client stakeholders.
• Excellent articulation, communication skills and work in matrix structure.
• Possess customer satisfaction skills & ability to lead dialogue with senior level clients.
• Strong, decisive leader with effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and coach/mentor team leaders.
• Open to work in multiple shifts

Candidate Specification:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Record to Report
• Should be from FAO domain.
• Experience in SAP/Oracle/ServiceNow/JIRA/Blackline etc.
• Must work from office, 5 days in a week initially
• ANZ shift
