Job summary

Shell Infotech is seeking a Gen AI Solutions Engineer C07 with 10+ years in software, cloud, AI, or data engineering to lead enterprise AI initiatives in production. You will drive delivery on Azure services (App Service, Functions, AKS, Storage, Key Vault, API Management), develop Python-based solutions, and build REST APIs and microservices in cloud-native apps.

Experience with GenAI, RAG patterns, responsible AI guardrails, and AI lifecycle management is required, along with 3+ years in team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software/cloud engineering, AI, data engineering, or application development.
• 3+ years serving as a lead developer on enterprise projects.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI or GenAI solutions into production environments.
• Hands-on expertise to develop and deploy applications on Azure, including App Service, Functions, Container Apps, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, Storage, Key Vault, API Management.
• Hands-on experience delivering GenAI solutions into production environments including prompt and RAG patterns, responsible AI controls & guardrails, AI orchestration, AI/ML model lifecycle management, and secure integration of AI capabilities into analytics and enterprise applications.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices and implementing cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience building containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes technologies.
• BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
