Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a Gen AI Python Architect in Greater Noida to design and lead enterprise AI/ML architectures. The role requires hands-on expertise with LLMs, Agentic AI, and cloud platforms, ensuring scalable, secure deployments across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

You will mentor teams, drive governance and observability, and push for responsible AI practices while shaping RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
• Proven expertise in GenAI, LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Strong Python programming and cloud integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale GenAI architectures aligned with business goals.
• Lead architecture for LLM-based and cloud-native AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Create scalable, secure AI architectures covering data, models, and deployment strategies.
• Define AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Architect RAG solutions, vector DBs, and knowledge systems with prompt frameworks.
• Drive technology selection, standards, and best practices for GenAI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture for LLM-based, Agentic AI, and cloud-native AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures covering data, models, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Define AI governance, security, compliance, observability, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Architect RAG solutions, vector databases, knowledge systems, and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Drive technology selection, architecture standards, and best practices for GenAI implementations.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
• Establish MLOps and AIOps strategies to enable reliable deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor development teams on AI architecture, modern AI frameworks, cloud services, and emerging GenAI technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models including GPT-4, GPT-3.5, BERT, LSTM, Transformers, and related architectures.
• Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, reasoning methodologies, and Chain of Thought (CoT) implementations.
• Strong experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, content generation, and conversational AI systems.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks for complex enterprise use cases.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, and related GenAI services.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Predictive Analytics.
• Experience applying machine learning algorithms on large-scale datasets.
• Strong understanding of text and content representation techniques such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment analysis, document embeddings, and topic modeling.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Strong experience with Azure Cognitive Services including Vision, Speech, Language, Search, and Decision Services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Experience with AWS and GCP AI/ML services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, security, and deployment best practices for AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with SQL and database technologies.
• Knowledge of R, Scala, Java, or C++ is an added advantage.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and working with large-scale data processing frameworks.
