Job summary

Wissen is seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect / AI-First Solutions Engineer with 6–10 years of full-stack engineering experience. The role focuses on scalable AI frameworks, reusable RAG/agent architectures, and cloud-native solutions that accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption.

This position requires a builder mindset, strong system design skills, and the ability to enable engineering teams to deliver AI responsibly at scale. Hybrid work model in India.

Qualifications

• Production-grade GenAI/AI applications experience required.
• Expertise in RAG, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and observability.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java and/or Python with modern backend frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, event-driven systems, microservices, cloud-native patterns.
• DevOps capabilities: CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, logging, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable AI frameworks, reference architectures, RAG pipelines, agent workflows and document processing systems.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems with strong engineering practices—clean code and automation.
• Apply GenAI patterns including RAG, prompt orchestration, agentive workflows and guardrails.
• Develop model-agnostic solutions resilient to evolving AI ecosystems.
• Mentor engineering teams and lead architecture/design reviews for AI-first delivery.
• Own and enforce DevOps best practices—CI/CD, testing, telemetry, monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, cloud and engineering teams to define requirements and milestones.
• Remove architectural bottlenecks and accelerate AI solution delivery from prototype to production.

The role focuses on designing scalable AI frameworks, reusable RAG/agent architectures, and cloud ‑ native solutions that accelerate enterprise ‑ wide AI adoption. This position requires a builder mindset, strong system design skills, and the ability to enable engineering teams to deliver AI responsibly and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build reusableAI frameworks, reference architectures, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and document processing systems.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems with strong engineering practices—clean code, automation, observability , reliability .
• Apply GenAI patterns includingRAG, prompt orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation, and guardrails.
