Job summary

WinWire Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr Gen AI Developer in Hyderabad/Bengaluru to design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and Azure cloud services.

You will translate business needs into production-ready systems with cross-functional collaboration. The role requires hands-on expertise in Python, Transformers, Azure OpenAI, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years experience in GenAI core skills (RAG pipelines, LangChain).
• 3–5 years experience in Python.
• 2–3 years API development with FastAPI.
• 1–2 years Azure AI services exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of LLM- and RAG-based applications, ensuring ML/DL best practices.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines including data cleaning, pre-processing, training, validation, and inference.
• Design and optimize RAG workflows using vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
• Deploy GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Azure Container Apps.
• Evaluate model performance and factuality with RAGAS and iterate improvements.
• Use LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen for scalable GenAI workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps for deployment, monitoring, and logging of AI systems.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers for clean code.
