Job summary

Balazs in Pune is seeking an Application Support Specialist to be the local solution owner for the GCC Digital Procurement application. The role includes incident management (L1-L3), data quality control, user access management, and training for users and suppliers as part of Air Liquide Group's procurement transformation.

You will coordinate with DDS & Procurement teams, assist in feature feasibility studies, and participate in testing during releases under group solution team coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar domain (IT/GCC setup).
• SAP exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Understanding of procurement processes.
• Knowledge & experience on data management (ETL).
• Ability to coordinate with large, diverse teams.
• Experience with ticketing management tools.
• Autonomy, responsiveness, and a digital mindset.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

## GCC - Application Support SpecialistApply: Pune GCC: Full time: Posted Today: R10101499## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As part of the digital transformation of Air Liquide Group's procurement processes, tools, procedures, and working methods are being harmonized and simplified to provide users with comprehensive and efficient tools. To support this transformation, the GCC Application Support Specialist will be responsible for business support and knowledge transfer.
