Job summary

Dhee Coding Lab is seeking a GATE-qualified Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality Computer Science training across multiple Bengaluru locations (Yelahanka, BTM, Rajajinagar). You will design modules, mentor learners, and help students build foundations for interviews and software careers.

The role emphasizes strong CS fundamentals, practical teaching with coding exercises, and ongoing curriculum improvement in a learning & development environment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• GATE qualification is mandatory/preferred, preferably with a strong score/rank.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Good programming and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on core Computer Science subjects.
• Teach concepts using practical examples, coding exercises, problem-solving, and real-world applications.
• Design and deliver structured learning modules, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
• Mentor students and clarify technical doubts effectively.
• Identify learning gaps and provide personalized guidance to students.
• Prepare students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and competitive examinations.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current technologies, programming practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the academic/content team to improve training curriculum and learning resources.
• Bridges the gap between technical knowledge and practical application.
• Design training modules, lesson plans, and course materials
• Create presentations, manuals, handouts, and e-learning content
• Develop practical exercises, case studies, and simulations
• Update content based on technological changes
