Job summary

Own Retail is seeking a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) in Program Management to support end-to-end project execution across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, with exposure to vehicle development programs and automotive product development processes.

You will assist in planning, tracking milestones, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery while upholding quality standards and organizational processes.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Recent graduates; 2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking of programs.
• Monitor deliverables and Q-Gate readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely program execution.
• Prepare documentation, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Track risks, issues, and action items with escalation as needed.

Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) – Program Management -

The Graduate Apprentice Trainee will support end-to-end project execution activities within the Program Management function, ensuring effective coordination across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. The role offers exposure to vehicle development programs, project management practices, and automotive product development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking activities.
• Assist in monitoring project deliverables and Q-Gate readiness.
• Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (R&D, Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, and NPD) to ensure timely execution of program activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
• Support technical reviews, design reviews, and management presentations.
• Assist in series management and change management activities during vehicle development programs.
• Analyse project data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality requirements, and organizational processes.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Recent graduates (2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred).
