You will drive selection, launch, and performance analysis to optimize the offering, improve engagement, and ensure content meets regulatory standards across markets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Game Launch Management: Manage end-to-end game launches across markets, from testing to go-live.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct ongoing game performance monitoring and produce data-driven insights.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure game content and promotional assets meet market regulations and maintain records for auditing.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with game suppliers and present roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Strategic Game Planning: Produce data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and retention.

Description

• The Casino Executive is responsible for the end-to-end management of the online casino game portfolio for DAZN Bet. The core purpose of this role is to ensure a compliant, engaging, and high-quality gaming experience for our players across multiple international markets.
• This position will drive the game selection, launch, and performance analysis process. The main goal is to use data-driven insights to optimize the game offering, enhance player engagement and retention, and ensure all content meets strict regulatory standards.
• Key duties include managing game launches, conducting quality assurance, monitoring performance, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• This role directly contributes to the growth and success of the DAZN Bet casino vertical by ensuring a competitive and compliant product offering that aligns with market-specific strategies and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Game Launch Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of game launches across multiple markets, ensuring a timely and high-quality delivery from testing to go-live.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct ongoing game performance monitoring and analysis, producing clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights to inform player-focused strategies.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all game content and promotional assets strictly adhere to the regulatory and compliance requirements for each specific market (e.g., UK, Germany, Ontario), maintaining accurate records for auditing purposes.
4. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with game suppliers, acting as a key point of contact and presenting assigned supplier roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
5. Strategic Game Planning: Produce data-driven game recommendations and planning strategies focused on improving player engagement, retention, and overall casino performance.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and compliance teams to align on market priorities, ensuring a cohesive strategy for game content and promotion.
7. Quality Assurance & Asset Management: Conduct thorough game testing and quality assurance before launch and manage the sourcing and organization of all game assets to meet brand and market standards.
8. Game escalations and queries: manage all game checks, gameplay verifications and game escalations effectively and efficiently
