Job summary

Light & Wonder India is seeking a Content Operations Analyst to ensure games go live, validate assets, configs, and documentation, and coordinate publishing across markets.

Based in Bengaluru ITPL Whitefield, this full-time role with a 4-days-in-office hybrid arrangement involves liaising with development, QA, compliance, and commercial teams to maintain a smooth publishing calendar and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in content publishing workflows and validation.
• Ability to manage risks and solve problems across publishing cycles.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of business and technical aspects of game publishing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support publishing readiness by checking assets, configs, and documentation before games go live.
• Execute and track validation steps: smoke tests, compliance checks, and basic QA.
• Maintain publishing calendar and update stakeholders on progress.
• Prepare and share release notes and known issues for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with development, QA, compliance, and commercial teams on publishing requirements.
• Track risks or blockers that could affect titles going live and report them.

Job Description

The Content Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that games go live and are published successfully, and for overseeing all operations required to support that process. This role ensures that every title, update, or piece of content meets technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a smooth and predictable publishing process across all markets.
