We’re looking for a Game Designer II to own and drive medium to large-scale systems, economy features, and live-service improvements for Golf Clash. In this role, you will act as a key design owner for interconnected gameplay and economy areas, guiding features from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
You will help shape player-facing systems such as live events, leaderboards, matchmaking logic, feature surfacing, rewards, economy loops, and new-to-mid game progression. You will partner across disciplines to define requirements, validate hypotheses, assess cross-feature impact, and ensure that systems are fun, fair, scalable, and aligned with player and business goals.
This role requires strong systems thinking, data-informed decision-making, high-quality documentation, and the ability to lead design conversations across product, engineering, analytics, UX, QA/QV, and production.
