• We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Investors Analyst to become an integral part of our dedicated Investors team within the Private Equity Intelligence group.
• You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our global investor product, ensuring the success of our platform for a prestigious clientele including Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey.

What You Will Do

• Drive Investor Product Excellence: Contribute to the development, refinement, and maintenance of the Gain.pro investor product.
• Become an Investor Expert: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of investors, focusing on strategies, funds, and relevant data.
• Ensure Data Accuracy: Perform regular audits of existing investor profiles to maintain accuracy, consistency, recency, and completeness.
• Portfolio Mapping Champion: Support the mapping of investors’ portfolio investments to different strategies and validate asset-fund level linkages.
• Collaborative Powerhouse: Work closely with Senior Analysts/Associates on managing workstreams, ideating new initiatives, and driving high-value projects.
• Tech-Savvy Analyst: Collaborate with the Tech team to identify and implement product improvements based on market needs.
• Data Management Leader: Manage and review the secondary research and data collection work conducted by the Data Management Analyst.

Who You Are

• Academic Excellence: Possess a strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or a quantitative field, with a consistent record of achievement.
• Research Expertise: 1 to 2 years of experience conducting research, preferably for financial services data platforms, global IBD shared services, Strategy Consulting firms, or Big 4 companies.
• Private Equity Savvy: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the global private equity market, including the investor landscape, deal structures & types, key industry metrics, and information & data sources.
• Knowledge of PE/VC business operations is a plus.
• Communication Master: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at clearly conveying complex information.
• Action-Oriented Mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a “bias to action” and an ability to deliver results efficiently.
• Adaptability Champion: Embrace a dynamic environment, manage unstructured situations with flexibility, and readily learn new things
