THE ROLE

You will play a pivotal role in shaping Gain.pro’s insights strategy and driving thought leadership for private markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of flagship content: Author end-to-end comprehensive industry research, leveraging Gain.pro’s proprietary data to deliver compelling reports, whitepapers, and market insights across a range of mediums including long-form reports, newsletters, video, webinars, social media, and more.
• Shape the narrative: Uncover transformative trends, identify actionable opportunities, and craft data-backed stories that resonate across the private equity ecosystem.
• Strategic partnership: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to align content strategies with business objectives, driving lead generation and brand visibility.
• Mentor and guide: Provide leadership within the QIG, inspiring excellence and fostering skill development among team members.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for a seasoned researcher with:

• A proven track record of publishing high-impact industry research or insights, with expertise in data visualization and storytelling.
• A deep understanding of financial markets, private equity, or M&A. (CFA charterholders or candidates with advanced finance degrees preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in investment, finance, or data-driven research, with demonstrated ability to operate independently.
• Proficiency or strong interest in tools like Python, SQL, and advanced data analysis platforms.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate complex insights and build industry credibility.
