About the Team
The Publisher Operations team drives day‑to‑day operations, process improvements, automation, and reporting across the publisher business at smallcase. We collaborate closely with Product, Customer Experience (CX), Business, and Compliance teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manager Onboarding: Assist the business team in seamlessly onboarding SEBI‑registered Research Analysts (RAs) and Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) onto the platform as model portfolio managers.
- Operational Execution & Automation: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, CX) and external stakeholders to eliminate operational blockers. Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using internal workflows and modern AI tools.
- Smart Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly trackers and performance metrics. Analyze operational trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Product & Process Evolution: Bridge the gap between operations and product by translating day‑to‑day bottlenecks into structured feature requests and actionable product feedback.
- AI‑Driven Documentation: Create, update, and maintain crystal‑clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Leverage AI writing and formatting tools to ensure documentation remains highly scalable, accessible, and up to date.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot process inefficiencies, propose logical, structured solutions, and drive their execution with an ownership mindset.
