Job summary

PrintStop India Pvt Ltd invites applications for a Fusing Operator to operate heat transfer and fusing equipment on garments and other materials in our Bhiwandi facility. The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience with heat press or fusing machines and a solid understanding of temperature, pressure, and press time settings.

Your Role: Fusing Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fusing Operator to operate heat transfer/fusing machines for transferring logos, graphics, labels, and designs onto garments and other materials.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with heat press/fusing machines and a good understanding of temperature, pressure, and pressing time settings. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting production targets.

Location: Bhiwandi (Bhumi World)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate heat transfer / fusing machines for transferring logos, graphics, labels, and designs onto garments and other materials.
• Set and control temperature, pressure, and pressing time as per product and material requirements.
• Handle different types of fabrics and heat-transfer materials.
• Conduct test pressing before starting bulk production and obtain approval wherever required.

Production & Quality Control

• Ensure proper positioning and alignment of transfers before pressing.
• Check transferred prints for adhesion, alignment, peeling, cracks, bubbles, and colour/finish.
• Follow approved samples, job sheets, artwork, and production instructions.
• Maintain consistent quality throughout the production process.
• Identify and report defects or quality issues promptly.

Production & Process Adherence

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures and production guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling of garments, transfers, and materials during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the machine and work area.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10th / 12th Pass preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience operating heat transfer, fusing, or heat press machines.
• Experience in garment printing, apparel, promotional products, textile production, or customised merchandise will be preferred.
• Technical or garment/apparel production background will be an advantage.

Skill Set & Competencies

• Good knowledge of heat transfer / heat press machine operation.
• Understanding of temperature, pressure, and pressing time settings.
• Good eye for alignment, positioning, and finishing quality.
• Ability to identify defects such as peeling, bubbling, cracks, poor adhesion, and misalignment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.
• Ability to follow job sheets, samples, artwork, and production instructions.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
